Dedicated Financial Aid Counselor

In an ongoing commitment to serving Veterans, DBU has assigned a dedicated financial aid counselor to help Veterans through the financial aid process.

Patriot Veterans Opportunity Scholarship Program™

Veterans receiving benefits under the Post 9/11 G.I. Bill (Chapter 33) may qualify for the Patriot Veterans Opportunity Scholarship Program™ to help meet the cost of tuition not covered by the Post-9/11 G.I. Bill!*

For a complete explanation of benefits under the Post 9/11 G.I. Bill, visit www.gibill.va.gov.

*Limited scholarship funds are available for those Veterans who qualify. Funds are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Ask the DBU VA Certifying Official for details.

Applying for the Patriot Veterans Opportunity Scholarship

Veterans who are eligible for the Post 9/11 G.I. Bill can only apply for the Patriot Veterans Opportunity Scholarship Program.™

To apply:
1) Complete the Patriot Veterans Opportunity Scholarship Application
2) Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
3) Complete the DBU Supplemental Application for Financial Aid
